Purposes for Collecting and Processing Personal Information
To be eligible for a return, the rented equipment must meet the following criteria:
- Be under a lease agreement
- Be returned within the agreed rental period.
- Be in the same condition as when leased, with no excessive wear, damage, or missing components.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging (if provided).
- Notify us of your intent to return the equipment at least [Insert Time Frame] before the rental period ends.
- Return the equipment to our designated location during business hours.
Upon return, the equipment will be inspected for damage or missing components. If the equipment is returned in acceptable condition, your deposit (if applicable) will be refunded within [Insert Time Frame].
