    • $1,000,000 per occurrence
    • $5,000 per person medical coverage (non-classroom units)

  • Coverage extends to correctly installed entrance packages
  • Occurrence Coverage” included – coverage if suit is filed years after lease agreement ends
  • Waives lease requirement to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance
